How to Change Text Color in Squarespace

Whether you’re looking to enhance your site’s visual appeal or simply customize the text to match your branding, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process.
Getting Started
- Log In to Your Squarespace AccountFirst, go to Squarespace.com and log in using your email address and password. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard of your desired website.
- Access the Page EditorClick on the “Pages” section to find the page you wish to edit. For example, let’s work on the “About” page. Click on the “Edit” button to enter the editing mode.
- Select the TextLocate the text you want to change. Click on it to highlight the text.
- Change Text ColorClick on the color icon that appears. You can choose a color from the provided palette or use the custom color tool to select your desired shade. For this tutorial, we’ll choose an orange color.
- Save Your ChangesAfter selecting your color, click anywhere outside the color selection window to close it. Don’t forget to save your changes to ensure they are applied.
- Preview Your WorkTo see your changes live, exit the editing mode and switch to preview mode. This will allow you to view how the text color looks on your site.
