Step-by-Step Guide to Tagging Someone on a YouTube Video:
- Access the Video Editor or Details Page: First, navigate to the video editor or Details page of the video you want to tag someone in.
- Write Your Text: In the title or description section, write the text you want to include. For tagging purposes, you will need to use the @ symbol followed by the channel name you want to tag.
- Add the Channel Name: For example, if you want to tag MrBeast, type @MrBeast. As you type, YouTube will show a list of channels matching your input. Select the correct channel from the list. Ensure you are tagging the correct YouTube channel by checking the handle and subscriber count.
- Verify the Tag: Once you have selected the channel, make sure it appears correctly in your title or description. The tag should be clickable and direct viewers to the tagged channel.
- Save and Publish: After tagging, save your changes and publish your video. Viewers will now see the tagged channel in your video title or description.
