How to Manage Orders in Hostinger Website Builder

Welcome to Ben’s Experience! In this guide, I will show you how to manage orders in Hostinger Website Builder. Managing your online store orders is a crucial part of running a successful business, and Hostinger Website Builder provides a user-friendly interface to help you keep track of everything.

Step 1: Accessing the Orders Section

First, navigate to your store management area in Hostinger Website Builder. On the left side menu, click on “Orders”. This will bring up a list of all your orders.

Step 2: Understanding the Order Details

In the orders section, you’ll see important details for each order:

  • Date of the Order: When the order was placed.
  • Customer Email: The email address of the customer.
  • Order Total Price: The total amount of the order.
  • Payment Status: Whether the order is paid, unpaid, or refunded.
  • Fulfillment Status: Whether the order is fulfilled, unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, or cancelled.

Step 3: Filtering Orders

You can filter your orders based on fulfillment status:

  • Fulfilled
  • Unfulfilled
  • Partially Fulfilled: Indicates that the order contains multiple products, some of which are fulfilled.
  • Cancelled

Additionally, you can filter by payment status:

  • Paid
  • Unpaid
  • Refunded

Step 4: Managing Individual Orders

To manage an individual order, click on it. Here are the actions you can take:

  • Cancel the Order: Cancel the order if necessary.
  • View Order Details: See detailed information about the order and customer.
  • Mark as Fulfilled: Mark the order as fulfilled, with or without a tracking number.
    • With Tracking Number: Fill in the tracking number and a tracking page URL.
    • Without Tracking Number: Proceed without entering tracking information.

Step 5: Sending Notifications

When you mark an order as fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s email address. You can also edit the tracking code if needed.

Step 6: Handling Invoices

You can view, download, print, or send the invoice to the customer. The invoice preview email allows you to see how the invoice will appear to the customer.

Step 7: Cancelling Fulfillment

If necessary, you can cancel the fulfillment of an order and mark it as unpaid. Then, you can mark it as paid again and fulfill it accordingly.
