How to Get a Refund from Squarespace
Getting a refund from Squarespace is a straightforward process if you follow the right steps. If you’ve decided that Squarespace isn’t the right fit for you, or if you have another reason for requesting a refund, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Step 1: Log In to Your Squarespace Account
First, go to Squarespace.com and log in to your account. Enter your email address and password to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Access Billing Information
Once logged in, locate the three dots next to your main website on the dashboard. Click on these dots and select the “Billing” option from the menu.
Step 3: View Active Subscriptions
In the billing section, click on “Subscriptions.” This will display all your active subscriptions. Find the subscription you wish to cancel and click on it.
Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Cancel Subscription” link. You will be prompted to select a reason for canceling your subscription. Choose the appropriate reason and click “Next.”
Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation
Review the total amount of your refund and click on “Confirm.” This will complete the cancellation process and initiate your refund.
