- Access the Appointments Calendar In the store management area, click on “Appointments.” This will open your appointments calendar. Here, you can see all your bookings for the current month. For example, today’s date is December 28th, and I have a booking tomorrow. Clicking on this appointment will show the booking details, including the products booked, price paid, session duration, and event details like the date, month, and year.
- Check Future Appointments To check bookings for the next month, click on the little arrow to navigate to the next month. You can click on any appointment to view its details. However, client details are not directly available from this window. You’ll need to copy the client’s email and search for it on the orders page.
- Find Client Information On the orders page, search using the client’s email. You’ll find more details about the bookings, including the client’s name, address, and email.
