How to Embed Google Reviews on Wix

Step 1: Log in to Your Wix Account
To start, go to wix.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the “Edit Site” button to enter the Wix website editor.
Step 2: Add a Blank Section
In the Wix editor, navigate to your homepage or the page where you want to add Google reviews. Add a blank section to your page and give it a title, such as “Google Reviews.”
Step 3: Insert the Embed Code Element
Next, add another element to your section by selecting the embed code option. Choose “Embed HTML” to add a new element to your page.
Step 4: Create an Account on Elfsite.com
Visit elfsite.com and create a free account. You can sign up using your Google account for convenience. Once you are logged in, search for the Google reviews widget and select it.
Step 5: Customize the Google Reviews Widget
Choose your preferred template for displaying Google reviews. In this example, we will use the grid layout. Enter your business name in the search bar to fetch your Google reviews. Once you see your business in the search results, select it and proceed.
Step 6: Generate and Copy the Embed Code
After customizing your Google reviews widget, click the “Publish” button and choose the free plan. Copy the generated embed code.
Step 7: Embed the Code in Wix
Return to your Wix editor, paste the embed code into the embed HTML element you added earlier, and hit the update button. Adjust the size of your new section and the embed code element as needed.
Step 8: Publish Your Changes
Don’t forget to click the “Publish” button in Wix to make your Google reviews live on your website. Visit your live site to ensure the reviews are displaying correctly.
