How to Write Malayalam in Canva
Welcome to Ben’s Experience! In this tutorial, I will show you how to write Malayalam in Canva. If you’re looking to create beautiful designs in Malayalam using Canva, you’re in the right place. Let’s get started!
First, navigate to Canva.com and create a new design. Once you’re in the editor, it’s time to add some text. To write Malayalam in Canva, go to the text section and choose one of the available text styles. I’ll use the subheading option for this demonstration. Double-click on the subheading to select it and prepare to write your Malayalam text.
However, there’s a catch. I don’t have a Malayalam keyboard on my laptop. So, to solve this, I use an online tool called easyMalayalamtyping.com. This handy tool allows you to type in English, and it automatically converts your text to Malayalam. For instance, I’ll type “Hey everyone,” and it will be converted to Malayalam instantly. Copy the converted text, go back to Canva, double-click your English text to select it, and paste the Malayalam text.
Next, let’s edit the style of the Malayalam text. Double-click it, go to the font list in Canva, and select a new font. You’ll notice that changing the font slightly modifies the appearance of the Malayalam text. This happens because most fonts in Canva are designed for English.
